Tidal Wetlands 101

A wide slough cuts through a vegetated wetland, behind the wetland a view of the Bay and San Francisco’s skyline muted in the background

Regional Partner Organizations

Other California Wetland Monitoring Programs

Photo of a tidal brackish wetland in the summer. The wetland is bisected by a small tidal channel that has a small amount of water in it. Plant height ranges from less than a foot to several feet tall. In the background is a slightly hazy blue sky and distant brown hills.

Technical Documents and Report Summaries

Drone shot of marsh with sinuous channels running through it.

Data Visualizations

A group of people stand around a bunch with a marsh and trail behind them.
